How to Unlock[]
Speak to the person with an exclamation mark above their head, in the Capital's academy. They will mention a man who goes by “The Ox.” Find him in the far east camp below the mountains. He will ask you to kill a wyrm from a level 6 dungeon that unlocks just beside the camp. After killing it and speaking to the barbarian, you can find him in the Capital's academy.
Alternatively, if you challenge The Ox and defeat him (he will surrender right before he dies), he will submit and teach you his skills. However, he is quite strong and it is recommended to fight the Greater Frost Wyrm and retrieve the Wyrm Tooth instead at a lower level.
